Recording Now, Coming Soon
Always wanted to have a session with Meg? Here’s your chance to record one.
Let’s Talk About Your Twenties is a new podcast hosted by Meg Jay, clinical psychologist and author of The Defining Decade and The Twentysomething Treatment. Join the conversation as Meg gives advice to everyday twentysomethings like you.
Trying to make a big decision? Feeling lost and not sure which way to go? Sliding, not deciding, at work or in love? Struggling with ADHD or anxiety or depression? Having trouble finding friends? Addicted to your phone or something else? No topic is off-limits. Meg has heard it all.
Let’s Talk About Your Twenties is an audio-only podcast and no names will be used. If you’d like to talk to Meg about your twenties, follow these three easy steps:
In a voice memo, tell us what’s on your mind. What are you having trouble with? How are you hoping Meg can help?
This Google Form tells us more about who you are, how old you are, where you’re from, and other basics. Your answers will help us get to know you better.
We receive many applications and choose who to contact based on the needs of the show. If your issue might be a fit, a producer will email you for a screening interview. Not everyone who is interviewed will go on to record a session with Meg.
Please Note: Let’s Talk About Your Twenties is not therapy. If you’re experiencing a mental health emergency, please reach out to a professional near you.
